Chicken Curry

Ingrediets Of Chicken Curry

1 Kg. chicken pieces

2 onions, chopped

2 tsp.(tablespoon) ginger paste

2 tsp. garlic paste

1 tsp. turmeric powder

1 tsp. chilli powder

1 tsp. cumin powder (Jeera)

1 tsp. coriander powder (Pisa Dhaniya)

1 tomato, pureed

1 tsp. salt or to taste

Cilantro/coriander leaves (Hara Dhaniya)

1 tbsp. oil.

How To Make Chicken Curry-

On Low heat fry the onions, ginger and garlic, with cumin (Jeera) and coriander powders (Pisa Dhaniya) and coriander leaves (Hara Dhaniya) for five minutes. Add tomato, chilli powders, turmeric, chicken and salt together with half a cup of water and cook for half an hour on medium low heat, keeping the saucepan covered with a lid.
