Cheela Tomato

Ingredients of Cheela Tomato

500 Gram tomatoes, pureed

500 Gram gram flour (besan)

5 green chillies, minced

1 small bunch of coriander leaves, minced (Hara Dhaniya)

1 teaspoon sesame seeds (Til)

1 teaspoon turmeric powder Salt and chilli powder to taste

6 teaspoons sugar

How To Make Cheela Tomato-

Make a soft batter by mixing all the above ingredients. Take a Large size Griddle (Tawa) on low heat.Then grease it well with ghee or Oil. Pour 1/4 cup of batter on Griddle (Tawa) and spread it in round shape. When it turns golden, put a little more ghee around the ends and turn over. Remove from heat when both sides turn golden brown. Serve hot with green chutney.
