Ingredients Of Cauliflower Soup (Gobhi Shorba)
1 Litre. Milk
50 Gram cashews finely chopped (Kaaju)
1 tablespoon butter
2 cups water
300 Gram cauliflower floweretes cut into cubes
1 teaspoon sugar salt to taste
1/4 ground pepper or to taste.
How To Make Cauliflower Soup (Gobhi Shorba)-
Heat cauliflower, cashews, water and milk over low flame for 18 to 20 minutes. Make its mixture. Add salt, sugar and pepper. Boil the mixture. Stir in the butter near boiling point. Serve immediately garnished with coriander leaves.
