Bhindi Do Pyaza
Ingredients need for Bhindi Do Pyaza
500 Gm Bhindi (Okra) 2 Medium Onions, Chopped 3 Large Tomatoes
2 Tablespoon Oil 1/2 Cup Chopped Cilantro (Hara Dhaniya)
1/4 Teaspoon Garlic Paste Or Powder 1/4 Teaspoon Coriander Paste Or Powder 1/8 Teaspoon Cumin (Jeera)
How to Make Bhindi Do Pyaza –
Cut the top head and the very bottom from the Bhindi (okra) to clean it, slice it vertically. Heat oil in a pan on medium heat. Add onion and cook it for 3 minutes. Add all ingredients except Bhindi (okra), tomato and Cilantro (Hara Dhaniya). Cook for 3 minutes. Add Bhindi (okra), then cook for 8 to 10 minutes. Garnish with tomato and Cilantro (Hara Dhaniya). Serve with rice, naan or lebanese bread.
