Bhel Puri
Ingredients Of Bhel Puri
2 cups puffed rice (Murmura)
1 cup cooked chickpeas (Chhola)
2 medium potatoes, cooked, peeled and cubed
1 small onion, finely chopped
50 gram crushed potato chips (Sev)
50 gram salted peanuts
1 tbsp. tomato sauce
salt to taste
How To Make Bhel Puri-
Mix the puffed rice (Murmura), chickpeas (Chhola), potatoes, onions and peanuts. Add tomato sauce, mix well and then add salt and the potato chips (Sev). The mixture must be made immediately before serving, or it will turn soggy.
